Kingole Tshilenge
President

Kingole Tshilenge is a visionary leader dedicated to empowering the next generation of changemakers. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Connecticut (UConn), he combines his technical expertise with a deep passion for mentorship, leadership development, and social innovation.
Driven by the belief that young leaders hold the key to solving today’s most pressing challenges, Kingole founded Bridges To Destiny to equip underprivileged youth with the skills, guidance, and opportunities needed to shape a brighter future. Through strategic programs in education equity, civic engagement, and leadership training, he continues to inspire and cultivate a new wave of problem-solvers ready to transform their communities.
Elodie Kishabongo
Vice-President

Elodie Kishabongo is a dedicated advocate for social justice and community empowerment. Holding a law degree from the University of Kinshasa, she has spent many years working within the Ministry of Social Affairs, where she has played a pivotal role in shaping policies that support vulnerable populations.
As Vice-President of Bridges to Destiny, Elodie brings her expertise in legal advocacy, social development, and leadership to drive impactful initiatives that uplift underprivileged youth and women. Her commitment to education equity, civic engagement, and mentorship continues to inspire change, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to build a brighter future.
Viviane Matoto
Program Coordinator

Mbuyi Matoto Viviane holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Lubumbashi (UNILU). With a strong background in communication and event coordination, she excels in strategic planning, program management, and fostering meaningful engagement.
